Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead and supervise commissioning activities for the Ruya Batch 1 Riser Platform (RP) across onshore and offshore phases.</li><li>
Review and approve commissioning procedures, technical dossiers, and operational test packs to ensure compliance and readiness.</li><li>
Coordinate and manage a multidisciplinary commissioning team, ensuring safety, planning, and operational performance targets are met.</li><li>
Oversee contractor commissioning activities, monitor progress vs. plan, and implement corrective actions when required.</li><li>
Interface with construction, operations, and other project entities to ensure smooth execution and handover.</li><li>
Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and transfer of care, custody, and operations to field teams.</li><li>
Represent commissioning in audits, risk assessments, FATs, and technical reviews worldwide.</li></ul>
Profile<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent in engineering,</li><li>
At least 15-20 years&rsquo; experience in the offshore oil &amp; gas industry with minimum 8-10 years&rsquo; experience in a management Commissioning role,</li><li>
Proven track record of leadership and problem resolution.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and good communication skills,</li><li>
Available for technical missions worldwide,</li><li>
Experienced with Total General Specifications, OPERCOM and ICAPS, PRODOM and relevant codes and standards,</li><li>
Language: Fluent English,</li><li>
Computer literate,</li><li>
Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment,</li><li>
H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.</li></ul>

Responsibilities<ul><li>
Prepare, monitor, and revise detailed budgets for Ruya Batch 1 SURF Package.</li><li>
Control commitments, expenditures, forecasts, and ensure compliance with finance standards.</li><li>
Issue monthly cost reports with variance analysis and advise on overruns.</li><li>
Manage invoice processing, accruals, and ensure timely payments in SAP/S4Hana.</li><li>
Supervise contractors&rsquo; cost control activities and ensure proper reporting formats.</li><li>
Liaise with Finance, auditors, and project management for accurate financial documentation.</li><li>
Drive cost-consciousness, ensure confidentiality, and oversee commercial close-out of contracts.</li><li>
To issue a detailed internal and external monthly cost report (Trends, Areas of Concern, Budget Variance analysis, Commitment/Expenditure figures, forecast at completion etc.) with comments and advise Project Management on cost over-runs in a timely manner</li><li>
To ensure correct and auditable records of all matters with Project expenditures, contracts, budgets, cash flows, forecasts, etc.</li><li>
To develop, communicate and implement procedures to ensure the efficient organization and operation of the Project budget and cost control activities</li><li>
To advise, during project setup post award, contractors on key commercial requirements (invoicing format and submission, cost reporting etc.)</li><li>
To anticipate additional requirements for cost control support during execution of the project(s)</li></ul>
Profile<ul><li>
Degree in Economics or equivalent</li><li>
Minimum 10 years&rsquo; experience in similar activities for Oil &amp; Gas projects.</li><li>
Advanced knowledge &amp; experience in use of relevant computer systems (SAP, S4Hana, Power BI,</li><li>
Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS-Access)</li><li>
EPC Contracts mechanisms</li><li>
Fluency in English</li></ul>

Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead and oversee process engineering design to ensure safe, fit‑for‑purpose solutions aligned with Company standards and project requirements.</li><li>
Review and challenge contractor process engineering documents, ensuring timely feedback, compliance, and optimization opportunities.</li><li>
Coordinate process engineering interfaces across disciplines, EPC packages, and stakeholders to secure seamless integration.</li><li>
Identify risks, scope changes, and design deviations within the process discipline, providing impact assessments for management decisions.</li><li>
Participate in technical studies, reviews, and audits (HAZOP, HAZID, model reviews, constructability) to validate design maturity.</li><li>
Supervise and manage a team of process engineers, ensuring high performance, competency, and resource availability.</li><li>
Support commissioning and start‑up teams with process‑related clarifications and ensure lessons learned are integrated into design.</li></ul>
Profile<ul><li>
Engineering degree in Process engineering,</li><li>
minimum 15 years&rsquo; experience as Process engineer in Oil and Gas offshore activities.</li><li>
At least 3 years of experience as Lead Process Engineer supervising a team.</li><li>
Extensive experience in Process engineering with relevant experience within the offshore oil and gas production industry,</li><li>
Strong computer literacy, particularly with process calculation and simulation software such as HYSYS,</li><li>
Flarenet, Pipenet, OLGA, Ledaflow, Pipesim, and other relevant engineering tools.</li><li>
Proficient in AVEVA Diagrams and AVEVA Engineering. A Lead Process Engineer is expected to have a solid understanding with AVEVA Diagram software and AVEVA Engineering workflows</li><li>
Strong leadership skills and good communication skills.</li><li>
Good analytical skills.</li><li>
Familiar with Total general specifications is a plus, and with relevant codes and standards,</li><li>
Language: fluent English,</li><li>
Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.</li></ul>
