We are looking for a Telecom Engineer to join our team .
Key Responsibilities
Telecom Engineering &amp; Technical Support
Provide comprehensive technical support for telecommunication systems including radio systems (VHF, UHF, HF), satellite communications, PABX, IP telephony, fiber optics, structured cabling, CCTV, access control, and network infrastructure.
Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, fault isolation, and root cause analysis using appropriate test equipment such as OTDR, spectrum analyzers, and cable testers.
Configure, integrate, and optimize telecom systems to ensure performance, reliability, and operational requirements are met.
Investigate radio frequency interference issues and propose effective technical solutions in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and on-the-job support to junior engineers and technical staff.
Installation, Commissioning &amp; Maintenance
Participate in installation, commissioning, upgrades, and modifications of new and existing telecommunication systems.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and vendor documentation; provide technical input during design and execution phases.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with OEM recommendations and best engineering practices.
Prepare and maintain accurate as-built drawings, configuration records, and maintenance documentation.
Project, Safety &amp; Compliance
Support telecom-related projects through coordination with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of assigned activities.
Comply with applicable safety, HSE, and operational procedures, including full adherence to Permit to Work (PTW) requirements (e.g., Hot Work, Cold Work, Working at Heights).
Act as Performer, Performing Authority, or Area Authority as required, maintaining valid safety certifications and authorizations.
Professional Experience
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering (or related field) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant telecom engineering experience.
Demonstrated experience in telecom system repair, servicing, testing, and calibration within complex operational environments.

As part of an Oil &amp; Gas maintenance and engineering project, we are looking for a Spare Parts Team Leader.
The position will report to the Project Manager and will be based in Abu Dhabi, under a resident onshore status.
The Spare Parts Team Leader will be responsible for managing spare parts activities, coordinating the dedicated team, and implementing the spare parts strategy for the project.
Main Functions<ul><li>
To manage the spare parts team</li><li>
Determine the list of &ldquo;Main equipment&rdquo; for which spare parts dossiers will be established. Following thelist of the of &ldquo;Main equipment&rdquo; (or Main Tag), establish the list of the spare parts list per equipment(Rotating equipment, Static equipment ,Instrumentation , valves, Electrical and electronic Equipment ..)</li><li>
Prepare a spare parts recommendation strategy document</li><li>
Verification Of The Commissionning/Start Up, Capital Spare Parts</li><li>
Drawing Up Of Optimized Spir Lists</li><li>
Drawing Up Of Templates for Material Masters ( SAP/ MM)</li><li>
Issuance Of The Purchase Requests</li><li>
To report Progress, issue to project Manager ,</li><li>
To prepare Weekly and Monthly report regarding spare part Activities</li></ul>
Qualifications required<ul><li>
The holder of this post must have the following qualifications:</li><li>
Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years&rsquo; study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent 3 to 5 years&rsquo; experience in the maintenance field on oil and gas production installations,</li><li>
A basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations</li><li>
SAP/R3 experience and know-how</li><li>
Pride in his work, ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and others,</li><li>
Working language: Fluent English</li><li>
Perfectly competent and independent in his field, he must show common sense and organisational ability.</li></ul>

We are seeking experienced Fire &amp; Gas Technicians to join our team in the oil &amp; gas sector. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire and gas detection systems, ensuring the highest standards of reliability and safety across both operational and project environments.
Responsibilites<ul><li>
nstallation &amp; Commissioning:<ul><li>
Install fire and gas detection systems, including sensors, detectors, alarms, and control panels.</li><li>
Assist in commissioning and functional testing of new systems.</li></ul></li><li>
Maintenance &amp; Calibration:<ul><li>
Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibration of fire and gas detection devices.</li><li>
Ensure all equipment operates within manufacturer specifications and safety standards.</li></ul></li><li>
Troubleshooting &amp; Repairs:<ul><li>
Diagnose faults in fire and gas systems and carry out corrective actions promptly.</li><li>
Replace defective components and restore systems to operational status.</li></ul></li><li>
Compliance &amp; Documentation:<ul><li>
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and maintenance activities.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with refinery safety procedures, international standards (e.g., NFPA, API), and local regulations.</li></ul></li><li>
Safety &amp; Emergency Support:<ul><li>
Respond to emergency situations involving fire and gas alarms.</li><li>
Support safety audits and participate in hazard analysis activities.</li></ul></li></ul>
Profile<ul><li>
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Instrumentation, Electrical, or related field.</li><li>
Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in fire and gas systems within oil &amp; gas or refinery environment.</li><li>
Knowledge of fire detection technologies, gas detection principles, and control systems.</li><li>
Familiarity with safety standards and hazardous area classifications (ATEX, IECEx).</li><li>
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.</li></ul>
