Dispatch Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Develop and execute daily/weekly/ monthly dispatch schedules based on customer orders, production plans, and inventory levels.</li><li>Ensure timely availability of packing materials, approved finished goods, and required documentation.</li><li>Monitor and manage dispatch timelines for domestic and export shipments.</li></ul>B. Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure accurate preparation and review of dispatch-related documents:</li><li>COA (Certificate of Analysis)</li><li>MSDS / SDS</li><li>Packing List</li><li>Commercial Invoice</li><li>Batch Release Note</li><li>Gate Pass/Delivery Challan</li><li>Export documentation (LC documents, customs papers, AWB/BL, etc.)</li><li>Ensure compliance with GDP, cGMP, FDA, ICH, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>C. Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Liaise with QA/QC, Warehouse, Production, Regulatory Affairs, and Customer Service for dispatch readiness.</li><li>Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, CHA (Custom House Agents), and courier agencies.</li><li>Communicate with domestic &amp; international customers regarding dispatch status, delivery timelines, and shipment documents.</li></ul>D. Inventory &amp; Warehouse Management<ul><li>Monitor FG (Finished Goods) inventory to align dispatch and delivery commitments.</li><li>Oversee storage compliance for APIs (temperature, humidity, segregation).</li><li>Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO adherence and batch traceability.</li></ul>E. Audits &amp; Quality Systems<ul><li>Participate in internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits.</li><li>Maintain dispatch SOPs and ensure team adherence.</li><li>Conduct deviations, CAPAs, RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for dispatch-related issues.</li></ul>F. Logistics Optimization<ul><li>Optimize transportation routes, freight costs, and carrier performance.</li><li>Evaluate transporters and logistics service providers periodically.</li><li>Monitor OTIF (On-Time In-Full) metrics and drive continuous improvement.</li></ul>3. Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong understanding of cGMP / GDP guidelines and API handling regulations.</li><li>Knowledge of export-import documentation, DG shipments, customs processes.</li><li>SAP / ERP / WMS proficiency.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.</li><li>Analytical approach to solve logistical issues under time pressure.</li></ul>4. Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Education: B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc / MBA in Supply Chain or related discipline.</li><li>Experience:</li><li>in dispatch/logistics within API or pharmaceutical manufacturing.</li><li>Experience in handling domestic &amp; international shipments is mandatory.</li><li>Knowledge of IATA rules for hazardous chemicals (if applicable).</li></ul>Location is Punjab candidate should be immidiate joiner and must be comforatble with location.Senior Manager Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
