The Executive &ndash; Vendor Operations is responsible for managing inbound vehicle coordination at the warehouse. The role focuses on tracking vendor vehicle arrivals, aligning them to the correct docks, resolving inbound issues, and ensuring smooth operations through close coordination with vendor partners and internal teams.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Monitor vendor vehicle arrivals and ensure timely check-in at the warehouse.</li><li>Coordinate with the Operations team for dock allocation and vehicle movement.</li><li>Resolve inbound issues such as documentation errors.</li><li>Maintain continuous communication with vendors, drivers, and warehouse teams.</li><li>Track vehicle turnaround time (TAT) and maintain daily inbound logs and reports.</li></ul>Work Conditions<ul><li>On-site warehouse role.</li><li>Rotational shifts will be applicable.</li></ul>Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 12 monthsPay: &#8377;250,000.00 - &#8377;400,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience in Supply Chain?</li><li>Do you have experience in Vehicle Coordination?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>vendor operation &amp; warehouse operations: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
