Senior Interior Designer (Project Lead)Vineyard Decorators | Martha&rsquo;s Vineyard, MA (Relocation Required)Vineyard Decorators is a growing interior design firm and 20,000 sq. ft. furniture showroom located on Martha&rsquo;s Vineyard. We specialize in custom residential homes, full-scale renovations, new construction, kitchen/bathroom design, and custom furnishing/decor projects.We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead projects from concept through installation. This is a hands-on leadership role for a designer with strong construction experience, client management skills, and a sharp design eye.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Lead residential design projects from initial concept through final install</li><li>Develop and present design concepts, layouts, and full furnishing/finish schemes</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients</li><li>Collaborate with general contractors, architects, and vendors</li><li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables</li><li>Mentor and oversee junior designers and design assistants</li><li>Source, specify, and price furniture, materials, and finishes</li><li>Prepare client presentations (AutoCAD, renderings, boards)</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>8+ years of interior design experience (residential required)</li><li>Strong construction-based design experience</li><li>Proven ability to lead projects and manage clients confidently</li><li>Highly organized with strong project management skills</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Preferred: SketchUp, Lumion, Houzz Pro, NCIDQ certificationCompensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid vacation</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Housing available</li></ul>Location: Martha&rsquo;s Vineyard, MA (Relocation required)About Us: We are a fast-growing, collaborative team combining a full-service design studio with a large-scale furniture showroom&mdash;allowing our designers to execute projects at a high level from start to finish.Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
