We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Medical Esthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of skincare, advanced treatments, and medical aesthetics. You will be responsible for performing a variety of esthetic procedures to help clients achieve their skincare goals while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a part-time, independent contractor-based position.</div><div>

Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Perform professional skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments.</li><li>
Administer advanced medical esthetic procedures such as microneedling, dermaplaning, and other non-invasive treatments.</li><li>
Analyze clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and products.</li><li>
Maintain detailed client records and treatment plans.</li><li>
Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and post-treatment care.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.</li><li>
Stay current with the latest trends, products, and technologies in medical esthetics.</li><li>
Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.</li><li>
Collaborate with medical professionals and other spa staff to deliver comprehensive care.</li><li>
Follow all protocols, safety standards, and regulations.</li></ul><div>

Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Must hold a valid esthetician license in Florida</li><li>
Certification in advanced medical esthetic procedures is required (e.g., laser, microneedling).</li><li>
Electrologist License is required.</li><li>
Proven experience working in a medical spa or similar environment.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of skin anatomy and conditions.</li><li>
Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>
Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor.</li><li>
Passion for skincare and a commitment to continued education.</li><li>
Attention to detail and a desire to provide top-tier client care.</li></ul><div>
