Social Media Manager (Remote &ndash; Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract)

About the Role 
 
The Social Media Manager will lead creative and data-driven strategies across multiple platforms. This role calls for a strategic thinker, sharp communicator, and imaginative storyteller who thrives on turning trends into results. You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with our marketing team, designers, and client managers to deliver consistent, engaging, and high-performing content. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
 
Develop and execute social media strategies for VINIO and client brands to achieve business goals. 
<ul><li>
</li>Create, curate, and schedule engaging content&mdash;posts, reels, videos, and stories&mdash;across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, X/Twitter, etc.). 
<li>
</li>Manage multiple accounts daily, ensuring consistent, authentic brand voices. 
<li>
</li>Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, follower growth) and adjust strategy accordingly. 
<li>
</li>Grow online communities through timely engagement, responses, and reputation management. 
<li>
</li>Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns to maximize ROI. 
<li>
</li>Collaborate across teams on product launches, campaigns, and creative initiatives. 
<li>
</li>Stay current with platform updates, social trends, and emerging tools; recommend fresh ideas and tactics. 
<li>
</li>Partner with influencers, industry professionals, and brand advocates to increase exposure. 
<li>
</li>Manage content calendars and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines. 
<li>
</li>Conduct audience research and competitive analysis to guide content development. 
<li>
</li>Test new formats and posting schedules to optimize results. 
<li>
</li>Provide training on social best practices to team members or clients as needed. 
<li>
</li></ul>Qualifications 
 
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field&mdash;or equivalent experience. 
<ul><li>
</li><li>2+ years proven experience managing social media for a business, brand, or agency (portfolio required). 
</li>Strong understanding of social platforms and tools such as Sprout, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later. 
<li>
</li>Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills. 
<li>
</li>Proficiency with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut. 
<li>
</li>Analytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics and refine strategy. 
<li>
</li>Experience running paid social campaigns. 
<li>
</li>Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients and priorities. 
<li>
</li>Adaptable, detail-oriented, and results-driven. 
<li>
</li>Bonus: knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and community management. 
<li>
</li>Bonus: photography or videography experience.
