Key Responsibilities<ul>
<li>
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.</li>
<li>Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.</li>
<li>Identify new market opportunities and potential clients through research and networking.</li>
<li>Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.</li>
<li>Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to communicate sales results and market trends to senior management.</li>
<li>Attend industry events and trade shows to promote Arısan&rsquo;s products and services</li>
</ul>
Requirements<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Food Engineer or a related field.</li>
<li>5+ years of sales experience in the food supplement industry prefered.</li>
<li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on them</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant tools.</li>
<li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.</li>
