With in-house PEB fabrication, structural design, and dedicated civil execution teams, we deliver integrated project solutions with speed, quality, and compliance.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee end-to-end procurement for all civil, PEB, and infrastructure project materials.</li><li>Coordinate with estimation, project, and plant teams to plan material requirements as per project schedules.</li><li>Identify and onboard vendors across regions (steel, cement, epoxy, anchor bolts, fasteners, PEB accessories, MEP, etc.).</li><li>Float enquiries, compare quotations technically and commercially, and negotiate terms.</li><li>Issue purchase orders and ensure timely material dispatch to factory or site.</li><li>Maintain and track PR&ndash;PO&ndash;GRN&ndash;Invoice cycle in sync with accounts and stores.</li><li>Build and update a centralized vendor database with delivery timelines and past performance.</li><li>Coordinate freight, logistics, and transport dispatch tracking with dispatch/store teams.</li><li>Support audit trails and documentation for all purchases, and ensure cost control.</li><li>Develop and maintain procurement MIS (Management Information System) to track:</li><li>Vendor-wise purchase history</li><li>Project-wise material procurement summary</li><li>Cost vs budget variance</li><li>Site-wise dispatch schedules</li><li>Generate weekly and monthly dashboards for leadership review.</li><li>Collaborate with Accounts and Project teams to ensure procurement data is reflected accurately in cost control reports and cash flow forecasts.</li><li>Maintain central digital logs for all procurement activities and vendor communications.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, B.Com, or relevant field. Supply chain certifications are a plus.</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;8 years experience in construction or industrial project procurement (civil, PEB, infra).</li><li>Strong negotiation, vendor management, and documentation skills.</li><li>Hands-on with Google Sheets, Excel, and procurement formats (PR, PO, GRN).</li><li>Understanding of technical materials used in EPC, especially steel, fasteners, roofing materials, etc.</li><li>Knowledge of compliance, invoice matching, and material reconciliation.</li></ul>Ideal Candidate Profile:We are looking for a practical, deadline-driven procurement professional with proven experience managing vendors, tracking multi-site material flow, and optimizing cost without compromising quality. The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a construction or EPC company where civil and PEB materials were sourced and delivered in a time-critical environment.You should be capable of building vendor relationships pan-India, issuing technical purchase orders, and ensuring smooth material coordination between the plant and project sites. Experience in structured PR&ndash;PO&ndash;Invoice tracking, cost-saving strategies, and documentation control is essential. Candidates who can build procurement SOPs and reduce material pilferage or delay risks will be highly preferred.If you are detail-oriented, strong in follow-ups, and excited to build structured procurement systems in a growing company, this role is for you.The ideal candidate must not only be strong in procurement operations but also data-driven and MIS-oriented. With active projects across sectors like manufacturing, warehousing, and commercial construction, our factory is the nerve center for structural steel production, packing, and dispatch. We are looking for a multi-skilled team member to supervise PEB fabrication readiness, coordinate dispatches, and maintain store-level inventory control.Key ResponsibilitiesPEB Operations Supervision<ul><li>Coordinate with fabrication team to track status of PEB components (columns, rafters, bracings, purlins, sheeting).</li><li>Prepare daily production logs, material consumption reports, and communicate with project engineers for delivery needs.</li><li>Ensure material is fabricated as per drawing priority and project deadlines.</li></ul>Storekeeping &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>Maintain updated stock of fabricated and non-fabricated materials (plates, angles, bolts, fasteners, sheets, etc.).</li><li>Conduct daily inward/outward entry and update stock register (manual or digital).</li><li>Tag and stack materials properly with batch/project-wise segregation.</li><li>Raise alerts for low stock or material shortages.</li></ul>Logistics &amp; Dispatch Coordination<ul><li>Prepare detailed packing lists, coordinate with transporters, and issue gate passes for dispatch.</li><li>Ensure safe loading, lashing, and arrangement to prevent damage in transit.</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers and logistics to plan dispatch schedules.</li><li>Track movement of trucks, share ETA with site, and document POD (proof of delivery).</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Maintain all physical/digital records: stock register, packing list, gate pass register, diesel usage log.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and project teams for dispatch priority and billing support.</li><li>Submit weekly stock and dispatch MIS to management.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Civil or Graduate in Logistics/Operations</li><li>3&ndash;6 years experience in PEB operations, site-store coordination, or dispatch management (preferred from steel fabrication industry)</li><li>Good Excel/Google Sheet skills for tracker management</li><li>Ability to read basic fabrication/PEB drawings (added advantage)</li><li>Experience in preparing packing lists and coordinating transport loads</li><li>Knowledge of safety, stacking norms, and standard storekeeping procedures</li></ul>Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented coordinator who understands the urgency and precision required in PEB operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in both fabrication shop floors and dispatch yards, with working knowledge of how components are packed, transported, and reconciled at site. He should be familiar with material movement formats, stock audit, and basic safety protocols.Candidates who have worked in steel fabrication shops, EPC companies, or modular manufacturing setups will be a strong fit.
