Job description:Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing:Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube,Snapchat.Achieve targeted ROAS and reduce CAC through A/B testing and funnel optimization.Content &amp; Social Media:Develop campaign calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and influencer collaborations.Scale UGC, reels, and community-driven content.Analytics &amp; Reporting:Track campaign performance, website traffic, conversion funnels, and provide weekly dashboards.Competitor benchmarking (Mamaearth, Minimalist, Dot &amp; Key, Plum, Pilgrim).Brand Growth:Work closely with founders &amp; creative team to position VINR as a premium mass clean beauty brand.Experiment with new channels (Quora, Reddit, WhatsApp broadcast, SEO blogs).Handle email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and blog content posting.Track campaign performance &amp; competitor activities, prepare weekly reports.Support creative team with ad copies, product posts, and UGC integration.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,898.51 - &#8377;46,548.12 per monthWork Location: In person
