About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Caller &amp; Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for freshers who want to build a career in client communication, social media management, and SEO.You&rsquo;ll be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, managing our brand&rsquo;s social media presence, and assisting the digital team with basic SEO activities. Training and guidance will be provided.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle customer and client calls professionally (inbound &amp; outbound).</li><li>Maintain proper communication records and follow up as needed.</li><li>Assist in managing company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).</li><li>Create and schedule posts, reply to comments/messages, and monitor engagement.</li><li>Support the digital marketing team with basic SEO tasks, such as:</li><li>Keyword research</li><li>On-page optimization</li><li>Content posting</li><li>Link submissions</li><li>Coordinate with team members for marketing campaigns and promotions.</li><li>Learn and grow with hands-on experience in marketing and client relations.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi preferred).</li><li>Basic understanding of social media platforms.</li><li>Eagerness to learn SEO and digital marketing techniques.</li><li>Good organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.</li></ul>Eligibility<ul><li>Fresher (Graduates / Undergraduates can apply).</li><li>Any degree background (Marketing, Commerce, or Communication preferred).</li><li>Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: &#8377;6,000.00 - &#8377;7,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
