Job Title: HR &amp; Admin ExecutiveType: Full-Time, PermanentAbout the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR &amp; Admin Executive to support our growing organization in Coimbatore. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations along with administrative functions, ensuring smooth internal processes and a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, a people-centric mindset, and hands-on experience in HR and administration.Key Responsibilities:1. Human Resources Operations<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.</li><li>Manage employee records, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.</li><li>Support performance management, probation reviews, confirmations, and exit formalities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company HR policies, labor laws, and internal guidelines.</li></ul>2. Employee Engagement &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.</li><li>Support employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and internal communications.</li><li>Foster a positive and professional work environment.</li></ul>3. Administration &amp; Office Management<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination.</li><li>Manage vendors, office supplies, travel coordination, and facility-related requirements.</li><li>Maintain statutory and compliance records related to HR and administration.</li></ul>4.
