Responsibilities:</div>
<ul><li>
Maintain grounds including trash pickup, lawn care, etc.</li><li>
Perform snow/ice removal</li><li>
Collaborate with construction crews and other professionals for repairs and preventative maintenance</li><li>
Report to manager or assistant manager any issues or preventative measures needed</li><li>
Assist with scheduling vendors</li><li>
Any other duties as assigned by manager</li></ul>

Requirements:</div>

Knowledge of tools and common appliances</li><li>
Experience using hand and electrical tools</li><li>
Ability to read technical manuals and drawings</li><li>
Very good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Physical stamina and dexterity</li><li>
Ability to adapt to weather conditions</li></ul>

Qualifications:</div>
<ul><li>
Groundskeeper experience (preferred) in residential/multi-family properties or similar</li><li>
Driver's license and reliable transportation</li></ul>
