What You&rsquo;ll Do</h3>
As a Maintenance Person, you&rsquo;ll play a vital role in keeping our property in top-notch condition. Your responsibilities will include:<ul>

Performing routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain the safety and functionality of the property.</li>
<li>Conducting regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance needs.</li>
<li>Assisting with renovations, upgrades, and general upkeep of the property.</li>
<li>Responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests.</li>
<li>Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and adhering to safety standards.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h3>
We&rsquo;re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:<ul>

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
</li><li>Skills: Strong knowledge of general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and carpentry.
</li><li>Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
</li><li>Attention to Detail: A proactive approach to identifying and addressing maintenance needs.
