The Head of eCommerce Experience is responsible for owning Viome.com&rsquo;s performance</div><div>
across all digital storefronts and conversion points. This role sits at the intersection of product,</div><div>
marketing, and technology &mdash; combining expertise in UX, merchandising, CRO, and platform</div><div>
operations to deliver a frictionless and personalized shopping experience that drives revenue</div><div>
growth, retention, and lifetime value.</div><div>
You will lead the strategy and execution of site experience, conversion optimization, and</div><div>
platform performance, partnering cross-functionally to turn Viome&rsquo;s science into a world-class</div><div>
eCommerce experience.</div>

In the first year, you will:</div><ul><li>
Redesign Viome.com&rsquo;s core journey to improve conversion and subscription by 15&ndash;20%.</li><li>
Launch an ongoing CRO and personalization testing program.</li><li>
Improve site speed and SEO performance to top-quartile benchmarks.</li><li>
Establish a unified analytics and reporting framework for site experience.</li><li>
Build the foundation for scalable eCommerce growth across Viome.com</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
10+ years of experience in eCommerce, site optimization, or DTC digital experience; health, wellness, or tech experience preferred.</li><li>
Expertise in Shopify Plus, Loop, Klaviyo, Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and CMS tools.</li><li>
Strong understanding of UX principles, A/B testing, personalization, and data analytics.</li><li>
Proven success driving measurable growth through site optimization and funnel improvement.</li><li>
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; experience working with creative, product, and engineering partners.</li><li>
Strategic thinker with hands-on executional capability and a passion for continuous improvement.</li></ul><div>
