We are looking for an experienced Rental Operations &amp; Accounts Coordinator with strong knowledge of cash handling, contract opening/closing, and basic accounting within the car rental industry.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Open, close, and extend rental agreements in the system</li><li>Handle cash, deposits, credit card payments, and refunds accurately</li><li>Daily contract reconciliation and financial closure</li><li>Coordinate with sales and maintenance teams for smooth operations</li><li>Provide professional customer service and resolve client inquiries</li><li>Maintain accurate invoices, receipts, and accounting records</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>2+ years of proven experience in car rental operations/accounts (UAE preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of rental systems (TRS or similar)</li><li>Excellent cash handling and reconciliation skills</li><li>Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure</li><li>Professional attitude to deal with VIP clients</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Work with luxury and bespoke vehicles in a VIP environment</li><li>Competitive salary + growth opportunities</li><li>Be part of a motivated and professional team</li><li>Exposure to high-end clientele and luxury cars</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
