<div>We are seeking a <b>Physician Assistant or APRN</b> to join our team on a part time basis, 2-3 days per week (no weekends or holidays). As an advanced practice provider, you will have responsibilities to round in a few facilities within the post-acute setting. The ideal candidate has an excellent bedside manner, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.</div><div><br>

<div><b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Rounding and charting on post acute patients.</li>
<li>Driving to 2-3 facilities per work day within the coverage area.</li>
<li>Work closely with other providers within and outside our group.</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Valid state licensing required</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Experience in pulmonary medicine</li></ul></div></div>
