We seek an experienced engineer with prior exposure to GSIDC or similar Government / PSU projects, capable of independently handling technical supervision, quality control, and compliance for both civil and interior scopes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Overall technical supervision of Civil and Interior construction works</li><li>Ensure strict compliance with GSIDC / PWD / CPWD specifications, drawings, and tender conditions</li><li>Review and approve drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction methodologies (civil &amp; interiors)</li><li>Monitor quality control, workmanship, finishes, and material standards</li><li>Supervise interior works such as flooring, partitions, false ceilings, joinery, painting, and finishing items</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance to site teams</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities</li><li>Assist in measurements, certifications, billing, and documentation</li><li>Guide site staff based on best practices in government project execution</li></ul>Eligibility &amp; Experience<ul><li>Civil Engineer (Degree)</li><li>Retired or currently practicing engineers may apply</li><li>Experience from:</li><li>GSIDC (preferred)</li><li>PWD / CPWD</li><li>State / Central Government departments</li><li>PSUs / Government undertakings</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in government infrastructure / building projects, including interior works</li><li>Strong familiarity with government tender procedures, specifications, and site execution</li></ul>Preferred Candidate Profile<ul><li>Goa-based or willing to be based in Goa</li><li>Proven experience in institutional / public buildings with interior fit-out works</li><li>Ability to mentor junior engineers and site staff</li><li>Practical, hands-on, solution-oriented approach</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Full-Time Salary OR Consultancy Fees &ndash; Negotiable</li><li>Engagement structure flexible based on experience and availability.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
