Key Responsibilities:1. Day-to-Day Branch Operations Management<ul><li>Oversee all branch activities including order booking, material dispatch, invoicing, collections, and customer service.</li><li>Plan, allocate, and monitor daily work schedules for all departments (sales, Engineer, logistics, Fabricators).</li><li>Track and resolve operational bottlenecks to ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Ensure housekeeping, safety, and maintenance of branch premises and assets.</li></ul>2. Team Management &amp; Work Tracking<ul><li>Assign daily/weekly work targets to team members across departments.</li><li>Track progress of work using reports, checklists, or ERP dashboards to ensure timely completion.</li><li>Conduct daily morning meetings and end-of-day reviews with team members.</li><li>Support and guide staff in resolving operational or customer-related issues.</li><li>Review and approve task completion reports and escalate issues to higher management when needed.</li><li>Identify training needs and ensure team skill enhancement for improved efficiency.</li></ul>3. Sales &amp; Customer Support<ul><li>Support branch sales team in achieving monthly sales targets and profitability goals.</li><li>Handle key customers, projects, and consultants to maintain strong business relationships.</li><li>Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.</li><li>Monitor quotation follow-ups, order execution, and project deliveries.</li></ul>5. Financial &amp; Administrative Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure timely billing, collection, and deposit of payments.</li><li>Monitor expenses, control operational costs, and improve efficiency.</li><li>Prepare branch performance reports (sales, inventory, collections, and profitability).</li><li>Maintain compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory norms.</li></ul>6. Safety, Quality &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Enforce company safety policies and ensure a hazard-free work environment.</li><li>Ensure proper handling and storage of materials as per quality standards.</li><li>Maintain documentation for audits, quality checks, and management reporting.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration (MBA preferred).</li><li>10&ndash;15 years of experience in the piping industry (industrial, plumbing, infrastructure, or building materials) with minimum 5 years in a leadership or operations management role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of piping materials, valves, fittings, and related products.</li><li>Experience managing branch operations, warehouse, and team coordination.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Leadership and team supervision</li><li>Operational planning and coordination</li><li>Task tracking and performance monitoring</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Analytical thinking and problem-solving.</li><li>Customer-focused and result-oriented</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):<ul><li>Daily task completion rate and operational efficiency</li><li>Branch sales and profitability targets</li><li>Inventory accuracy and order fulfillment rate</li><li>On-time dispatch and customer satisfaction score</li><li>Employee productivity and attendance discipline</li><li>Expense control and budget adherence</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;70,000.00 - &#8377;80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
