Virat Feeds Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive with hands-on experience in billing, taxation, and accounting processes. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of E-way bills, Tally Prime, GST, and TDS and ensure accurate and timely billing operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and on time</li><li>Generate and manage E-way bills as per statutory requirements</li><li>Maintain billing records and data in Tally Prime</li><li>Ensure proper GST compliance, including tax calculation and invoice accuracy</li><li>Assist in GST returns and related documentation</li><li>Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and related entries</li><li>Coordinate with accounts, sales, and dispatch teams for billing accuracy</li><li>Reconcile invoices and resolve billing discrepancies</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience as a Billing Executive or similar role</li><li>Proficiency in Tally Prime</li><li>Strong knowledge of E-way bill generation</li><li>Working knowledge of GST and TDS</li><li>Good understanding of accounting and billing procedures</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting reports</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
