Job Summary Marketing Assistant Location: Fairfax, VA Hours: Part-Time (10 hours/week)Williams DeLoatche, P.C., a personal injury law firm with offices in Virginia Beach, Roanoke, Eastern Shore and Fairfax, is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team in our Fairfax, VA office! This is a part-time, in-person role that requires a 5-10 hours a week commitment, with the potential to transition to hybrid or expand hours. Learn more about our firm at wd-law.com.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist with in-person networking, events and building strategic partnerships (first priority).</li><li>Assist with creating newsletters, emails, blogs, and social media posts</li><li>Brainstorm and support marketing campaign development</li><li>Record and analyze performance metrics for monthly reports</li><li>Contribute to website updates and SEO strategies</li><li>Utilize CRM systems for marketing efforts</li><li>Support any additional marketing needs as they arise</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2 years+ marketing experience</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks</li><li>Familiarity with Google Analytics</li><li>Strong skills in Canva</li><li>Comfortable with using generative AI tools</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Experience with social media platforms, CRMs, and basic SEO</li></ul>How to Apply: Send your resume and cover letter to marketing@wd-law.comJob Type: Part-timePay: From $15.00 per hourExpected hours: 5 &ndash; 10 per weekWork Location: In person
