<div><ul><li><p>Virginia Contracting Officer (VCO) certification</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Extensive public procurement experience, including leadership of large-scale procurement operations or programs</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Deep knowledge of Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA) and Agency Procurement and Surplus Property Manual (APSPM)</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Proven track record managing large-scale procurement operations</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills</p>
