The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is seeking a motivated, service-focused professional to join our team at the Lebanon Customer Service Center as a <b>Part-Time (Wage) Customer Service Technician</b>.</div>

<div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></div>
<ul><li><div>Perform detailed <b>liability audits</b> on work processed in our Customer Service Centers to ensure accuracy and compliance.</div>
</li><li><div>Use automated systems to <b>analyze transaction data</b>, identify critical errors, and report findings to management.</div>
</li><li><div>Maintain precise records of audit results through automated forms, helping the team address issues efficiently.</div>
</li><li><div>Process customer transactions, including vehicle registrations, titling, tax collections, and ID issuance.</div>
</li><li><div>Administer driving, vision, and written tests while providing exceptional customer support.</div>
</li><li><div>Interpret and apply state and federal DMV regulations consistently.</div>
</li><li><div>Worked with multiple computer systems, handling cash, processing credit cards, and document verification.</div>
</li><li><div>Participate in ongoing training to enhance your auditing, data processing, and customer service expertise.</div>

</li><li><div>Proficiency in keyboarding and navigating automated systems.</div>
</li><li><div>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</div>
</li><li><div>Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.</div>
</li><li><div>Valid Virginia driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record (under 6 demerit points, no major violations).</div>
</li><li><div>Comfortable lifting up to 25 pounds and working as part of a team.</div>
</li><li><div>Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday as scheduled.</div>
