 What you'll be responsible for?

 Legal Risk Management:
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify, assess, and manage legal risks across the company's pan-India operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement strategies to mitigate legal risks in collaboration with business units.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide legal advice and support to senior management on various legal issues.
 </li>

 Regulatory Compliance:
 </li>
 <li>
 Navigate and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks in the education and healthcare sectors across different countries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor changes in laws and regulations that could impact the company and advise on necessary adjustments.
 </li>

 Liaise with regulatory authorities and external counsel as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Business Collaboration:
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide legal guidance that aligns with business goals.

 Facilitate effective communication between the legal function and other departments to ensure integrated risk management.

 Team Leadership and Management:
 </li>

 Lead, mentor, and manage a team of legal professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

 Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and accurate legal support.

 Encourage continuous professional development within the legal team.

 Contract Management:
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts and agreements to protect the company's interests.

 Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and manage any disputes that arise.
 </li>

 Litigation and Dispute Resolution:
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes, including liaising with external legal counsel.
