 who will play a key role in strengthening Virohan&rsquo;s Legal, compliance, and corporate structuring foundation.
 
 
 
 
 
 This role involves end-to-end responsibility in
 
 handling general corporate matters, private equity transactions, merger &amp; acquisition transactions and act as a trusted advisor on corporate matters as the company grows.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What you&rsquo;ll be responsible for

 1.
 
 
 Compliance and Risk Management
 
 :
 
 <ul>

 Ensuring the company complies with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifying and mitigating legal risks through policies and audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing and implementing risk management strategies.
 </li>

 2. Corporate Transactions
 
 :

 <li>
 Assisting with the legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Structuring and advising on funding and investment deals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handling the legal processes for business incorporation, restructuring, or dissolution.
 </li>

 3. Business Collaboration:

 Work closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide legal guidance that aligns with business goals.

 Facilitate effective communication between the legal function and other departments to ensure integrated risk management.
