Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Training &ndash; Ensure English language power skill learning (ELPSL) training, induction, and lesson plan coverage is conducted as per Virohan standards</li><li>Attendance &ndash; Ensure minimum student attendance of 80% and faculty attendance of 90% as per Virohan standards</li><li>Students Engagement &ndash; Faculty to ensure quality education is delivered at the campus to enhance overall student development and timely address any student grievances as per Virohan standards</li><li>Compliance &amp; Records &ndash; Ensure classroom training complies with all Virohan norms and proper records/reports are maintained</li><li>Content Creation &ndash; Faculty to help the content team in creating all Training Learning Materials (TLM), schedules required by Virohan or any applicable project</li></ul>Your Key Performance Indicator (KPI) will be:<ul><li>Attendance &ndash; 80% Students should have &gt; a monthly average of 80% attendance</li><li>Dropout &ndash; A batch should have a maximum of 10% dropouts</li><li>Student performance &ndash; 85% of the active students passed in their main attempt in all categories</li></ul>The Successful Applicant:<ul><li>Strong communication skills and confidence to conduct training for senior student batches.</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience as an English teacher, Soft Skills/Personality Development trainer, or in any other training-related role.</li><li>Fast, focused and committed individuals with an ability to work in a diverse team.</li><li>Passionate about creating something big &amp; impactful.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;34,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Which all languages do you speak?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>English teaching: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
