You will be the go-to person for everything from managing product listings and analyzing sales data to creating automated reports and improving our overall online performance.Job Details:<ul><li>Location: North Nazimabad</li><li>Onsite Job</li><li>Preferably Male</li><li>Night shift: (8:00 to 4:30)</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>O Levels/Matric or above</li><li>Excellent English Speaking Skills.</li><li>Develop and maintain intricate Excel workbooks, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, and complex formulas.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in an e-commerce management or data analysis role.</li><li>Proven experience managing online sales channels and product catalogs.</li><li>Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, array formulas).</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Collaboration:<ul><li>Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.</li><li>Provide feedback on customer trends and insights to help improve our services.</li><li>Address and resolve any issues or concerns of customers that arise, ensuring a seamless experience.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives and bonuses.</li><li>Comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.</li><li>Supportive and dynamic work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
