Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and other statutory requirements.</li><li>Organize, prepare agendas, and record minutes of Board meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGM), and Extra-ordinary General Meetings (EGM).</li><li>Draft and file necessary forms, returns, and documents with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and other statutory bodies.</li><li>Maintain statutory registers such as register of members, directors, charges, etc.</li><li>Advise the Board on good governance practices, corporate strategy, and legal responsibilities.</li><li>Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, lawyers, and other stakeholders as required.</li><li>Oversee share allotment, transfer, transmission, and related compliance.</li><li>Ensure timely filing of annual returns, financial statements, and other statutory documents.</li><li>Support in drafting and vetting legal documents, contracts, and agreements.</li><li>Monitor changes in relevant laws and ensure the company&rsquo;s compliance.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>5&ndash;10 years of experience in corporate law, secretarial compliance, and governance .</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI Listing Regulations, FEMA, and corporate governance principles.</li><li>Strong drafting, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
