Role Summary 
You&rsquo;ll join IT &amp; Cloud Operations to keep our platforms secure, reliable, and efficient. The role blends internal IT with production operations: automate routine work, run OpenStack-based infrastructure, resolve incidents, and help colleagues via the helpdesk. You&rsquo;ll also take part in an on-call rotation with night shifts. 
Key Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>
Administer Linux servers (RHEL/CentOS, Debian/Ubuntu), and core networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, DHCP, firewalls).</li>
<li>Implement monitoring/alerting and capacity management (Zabbix/Prometheus/Grafana; logs via ELK/OpenSearch).</li>
<li>Troubleshoot outages, restore service quickly, and lead post-incident RCA documentation and follow-ups.</li>
<li>Provide daily IT support via the helpdesk; manage secure onboarding/offboarding and SaaS administration (incl. M365, SSO/MFA).</li>
<li>Maintain endpoint hardware (laptops, network equipment) and data-center documentation/runbooks.</li>
<li>Drive performance tuning, load testing, and reliability KPIs.</li>
<li>Participate in the on-call rotation.</li>
<li>Automate routine tasks and workflows to improve operational efficiency (IaC/CM, CI/CD).</li>
<li>Document data center infrastructure, standards, and operational procedures.</li></ul> 


What you bring
<ul>
<li>Hardware basics (servers, RAID/HBAs; iLO/iDRAC), strong diagnostics skills</li>
<li>Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, DHCP, firewalls).</li>
<li>Virtualization: hands-on with KVM/QEMU and libvirt (VM lifecycle, networking, migration).</li>
<li>Automation tools; scripting in Bash and/or Python.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and identity/SSO/MFA.</li>
<li>Clear communication in distributed teams; English B2+.</li></ul> 


Nice to Have
<ul>
<li>Certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, RHCA, or similar.</li>
<li>Previous experience in an IT helpdesk or support role.</li>
<li>Cloud: OpenStack experience is preferred.</li></ul>
