Job Description 
What we&rsquo;re looking for
We are looking for an experienced Sr. SRE/DevOps with proven experience on Google Cloud (GCP) and Kubernetes engines, also building high volume, high performance, and highly available payment services solutions to help us build functional systems that improve customer experience. You will be responsible for managing people at Platform team, architecting the cloud infrastructure, automating, and modernizing the CI/CD flows, deploying new product and their updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet our customers' needs. 
Your performance will be measured based on improved deployment process/times, reduction in server alarms and more efficient operation of resources. The goal is that our app traffic scales without an increase in error reports and maintaining/improving our error rate, response times, uptime. We need you to have strong scripting skills. 
The Role
The Sr. SRE/DevOps will focus on:<ul><li>

Job Description 
The Client Incentive Operations team are responsible for managing Client Incentive and Merchant Acceptance Incentive agreements. We ensure compliance with contractual terms and determine the accounting treatment of each incentive deal and conformity with US GAAP. We use lean/six sigma process methodologies to provide benefits to our stakeholders regarding quality, cost and schedule associated with our work. This role is to support operations of client incentive teams from all regions worldwide.

Qualifications 
Qualifications: 
Minimum of 5+ years of expertise in applying Machine Learning solutions to business problems &ndash; model development and production experience required 
Post-graduate degree (Masters or PhD) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Operational Research, Computer Science, Informatics, Economics, or Engineering 
Experience working in one or more of the Card &amp; Payments markets around the globe with specific responsibilities in payments, retail banking, or retail merchant industries 
Good understanding of Payments and the Banking industry, including card verticals such as consumer credit, consumer debit, prepaid, small business, commercial and co-branded product 
Expert knowledge of data, market intelligence, business intelligence, and AI-driven tools and technologies, with demonstrated ability to incorporate new techniques to solve business problems

Job Description 
The NALP Head of Value-Added Services, SD is a key role within our organization, accountable for driving top-line revenue growth and overall market adoption of Value-Added Products and Services (VAS) across the NALP n to support Visa&rsquo;s aggressive growth targets. The NALP Lead for VAS requires strategic leadership, strong partnership-building, and a clear focus implementing and driving the deployment and growth of VAS within the sub&#8209;region. This role will report into the Senior Vice President, Head of CEMEA VAS with dual reporting line to GCM.
This is a client-facing role under a Sales Incentive Plan.
The Specialized Sales and Sales Engineering teams (both Issuing and Acceptance), along with the VAS product teams in the respective markets, will have a dual reporting line to this role.
Responsibilities include:<ul><li>
The role is accountable for driving and maximizing sales performance of VAS across all elements in the sub-region (excluding advisory). The person will be responsible for accelerating client adoption of our VAS portfolio, ensuring that an increasing percentage of clients integrate and actively use multiple VAS capabilities to unlock mutual growth.</li><li>
This leader will drive the sales pipeline end-to-end, collaborating with all deployment channels to create and execute a targeted go-to-market and client engagement plan for tiered clients.
