Law firm established in 1974 specializing in immigration and personal injury in need of a bilingual (English/Spanish) receptionist/administrative assistant.Receptionist duties include but are not limited to, answering phones, checking in visitors, taking and processing payments, and calling upcoming appointments to confirm.In addition, this position will be responsible for assisting attorneys and legal assistants with miscellaneous tasks.Strong writing and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Dropbox, Outlook, and Adobe required.Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is REQUIRED.Please include in your application your resume and a cover letter.Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm and every other Friday from 8:30am to 3:00pm.Location: Office is located at I-59 and I-610.Thank you,A.
