We are seeking an experienced Outsourcing/Followup Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and tracking CNC/VMC related outsourcing and followup activities.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source potential CNC-related suppliers and vendors, evaluate and select the most cost-effective and reliable suppliers for our projects.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery expectations.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of materials.</li><li>Track and report on the progress of all CNC-related outsourcing activities.</li><li>Manage and coordinate the outsourcing process from start to finish.</li><li>Follow up with suppliers to ensure that all deadlines are met.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma, Engineering or related field.</li><li>At least 1 years&rsquo; experience in CNC/VMC-related sourcing and outsourcing.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;16,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Ramanatha Puram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
