Faculty Management &amp; Development<ul><li>Mentor, guide, and supervise teaching staff; conduct classroom observations and provide feedback.</li><li>Organize teacher training, professional development programs, and workshops.</li><li>Assist in faculty hiring, performance appraisals, and role assignments.</li></ul>C. Student Development &amp; Discipline<ul><li>Uphold a structured yet nurturing environment promoting student well-being.</li><li>Manage discipline issues, establish behavior guidelines, and ensure adherence to school policies.</li><li>Support student leadership programs, counseling initiatives, and holistic development activities.</li></ul>D. Administrative Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist the Principal in day-to-day school operations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with ICSE board norms, audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Oversee timetable planning, substitute management, examinations, and reporting systems.</li><li>Support budget planning and resource management for academic departments.</li></ul>E. Parent &amp; Community Engagement<ul><li>Maintain strong communication channels with parents; address concerns professionally.</li><li>Participate in parent orientations, PTMs, school events, and community outreach programs.</li><li>Represent school leadership when required.</li></ul>3. Qualifications &amp; RequirementsEducational Qualifications<ul><li>Postgraduate degree in a relevant subject + B.Ed.
