* Immediate Joining*<ul><li>Project Planning and Design:</li><li>Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of MEP systems in construction projects</li><li>Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate MEP systems into overall project designs</li><li>Develop project schedules and budgets specific to MEP project components delivery</li><li>Project Management:</li><li>Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations</li><li>Manage subcontractors and vendors relating to MEP systems and materials</li><li>Team Leadership and Collaboration:</li><li>Provide technical guidance and training to the project team regarding MEP systems</li><li>Foster a collaborative work environment by promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing</li><li>Mentor and develop junior engineers, promoting their career growth and success</li><li>Quality Control and Assurance:</li><li>Conduct regular site visits to oversee MEP installations and ensure quality control</li><li>Perform quality inspections of MEP installations to verify that they meet the highest industry standards</li><li>Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project specifications are met</li><li>Risk Management and Problem-Solving:</li><li>Identify and mitigate any issues or risks that may arise during the project</li><li>Investigate and implement innovative MEP technologies and sustainable practices</li><li>Provide technical support and expertise during project meetings and presentations</li><li>Contract Negotiation and Budget Management:</li><li>Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors for MEP materials and services</li><li>Manage project budgets, including estimating costs associated with materials, labor, and MEP equipment</li><li>Ensure cost-effective solutions and optimal resource allocation</li><li>Commissioning and Handover:</li><li>Oversee the commissioning and handover of MEP systems to clients</li><li>Ensure that all MEP installations and systems meet industry standards, local regulations, and client requirements</li><li>Technical expertise: Strong understanding of MEP systems, codes, and standards</li><li>Project management: Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks and projects</li><li>Leadership and communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse project teams effectively</li><li>Problem-solving: Ability to identify and mitigate risks, and implement innovative solutions</li><li>Budgeting and cost control: Ability to manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED10,000.00 per month
