We are seeking a talented and passionate 3D Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating stunning 3D visualizations of residential and/or commercial interior spaces. Your creativity and technical skills will be instrumental in bringing our clients' design visions to life.The responsibilities of a 3D visualizer could include:<ul><li>Candidates must have laptop with good graphics ( own laptop/desktop)</li><li>3D Modeling &amp; Visualization</li><li>Create high-quality 3D models and renderings using industry-standard software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, 3ds Max).</li><li>Develop photorealistic visualizations that accurately depict the look and feel of proposed designs.</li><li>Ensure accurate representation of materials, textures, and lighting in 3D models.</li><li>Design Development:</li><li>Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle needs, and budget constraints.</li><li>Develop comprehensive design concepts, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.</li><li>Create mood boards and color palettes that reflect the client's desired aesthetic.</li><li>Conduct site visits to gather accurate measurements and assess existing conditions.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Proficient in 3D modeling software (SketchUp, 3ds Max) and 2D drafting software (AutoCAD).</li><li>Experience with rendering software (Enscape or similar).</li><li>Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture selections.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of interior design principles and architectural detailing.</li><li>Communication &amp; Collaboration:</li><li>Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to clients both verbally and visually.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, and other team members.</li><li>Present design proposals to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.</li><li>Professional Development:</li><li>Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in interior design and 3D visualization.</li><li>Attend industry events, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Fresher or 6 month experience.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional 3D modeling, rendering, and design skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;12,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
