As the Front Desk Receptionist, you&rsquo;ll be the multitasking powerhouse that keeps our vision practice running smoothly.

Your role includes:

<li>Warm Patient Greetings: Create a welcoming first impression every time.</li>
<li>Smooth Front Desk Flow: Manage check‑ins, scheduling, and inquiries with ease.</li>
<li>Cross‑Trained Optical Support: Assist with frame selections and basic eyewear guidance.</li>
<li>Administrative Efficiency: Handle calls, emails, payments, and paperwork with accuracy.</li>
<li>Teamwide Collaboration: Support technicians, opticians, and providers to keep the day moving seamlessly.</li>
<li>Compassionate Care: Make every patient feel valued and supported throughout their visit.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Skills &amp; Qualifications</h2>
<ul><li>Bilingual- Spanish and English.</li>
<li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in an eye clinic or medical clinic setting</li>
<li>Fluency in both English and Spanish</li>
<li>Energetic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively</li>
<li>Experience with cash handling and electronic health records (EHR) systems</li>
<li>Ability to commute to work within 20-30 minutes</li></ul>
