If you are interested in working in leadership with driven individuals who value learning, growth, and authenticity, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities of Management Trainee:<ul><li>Work directly with our trainers and mentors to: strengthen your sales, develop team-oriented leadership skills, and learn to create customer experiences that build lasting relationships.</li><li>Learn extensive product knowledge and build an understanding you will pass on to other team members.</li><li>Work with your mentors to understand our training format to stay on top of and inform our team of new products, promotions, or sales strategies.</li><li>Be the face of customer engagement that resolves complaints, inquiries, or concerns with professionalism and ease.</li><li>Ensure open communication is kept with the entire team regarding performance, sales goals, and attitude with our customers.</li><li>Engage in team meetings to set sales goals, and generate positive ideas that support our success as a company, and the success of our customers.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Excellent communication skills that will be utilised with management, the team, and our customers.</li><li>Ability to handle fast paced, dynamic environments with efficiency and ease, adapting new solutions when necessary.</li><li>Detail oriented and professional when managing client accounts or sign-ups.</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and a team-player who is able to lead by example.</li><li>A proactive attitude with a drive to learn, drive sales, and grow with our company!</li><li>Must have a minimum of 6+ months in one of the following fields: customer service, sales, marketing, management or leadership.</li><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Base pay up to $20 an hour, paid weekly!</li><li>Uncapped commission opportunities (paid weekly)</li><li>Mentorship with our top performers to strengthen your skillsets and build training tools.</li><li>Paid training to ensure your success with our seasoned sales professionals.</li><li>Employee discounts on all our goods and services offered.</li><li>Flexible scheduling (Weekends, Holidays, Morning/Afternoon/Evening Shifts).</li><li>On Target Earnings of $55,000 - $64,000 in your first year with us!</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 &ndash; 45 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
