Job Summary:We are hiring an HR Executive to manage key HR functions like recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-friendly, and able to handle multiple HR tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews)</li><li>Handle onboarding and induction for new employees</li><li>Maintain employee records and update HR systems</li><li>Assist with payroll, leave management, and attendance tracking</li><li>Support performance appraisal processes</li><li>Address employee queries and support HR policies</li><li>Help plan employee engagement activities</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR or related field</li><li>2 years of HR experience</li><li>Good understanding of HR practices and labor laws</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools</li></ul>Salary- 15k-20kJob Location- Baner, Pune 411045Experience- 2 yrs of ExpWorking Hours- 8hrsJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
