Job Description:We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Trainee to join our Human Resources department. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in HR and gain hands-on experience in all areas of human resources operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in recruitment processes such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.</li><li>Maintain employee records and update HR databases.</li><li>Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.</li><li>Help in preparing HR letters, offer letters, and related documentation.</li><li>Assist in attendance, payroll support, and leave management.</li><li>Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.</li><li>Participate in employee engagement and training activities.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR domain.</li></ul>Education Qualification:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, or similar).</li><li>MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory).</li></ul>Experience: Fresher Location: Baner, Pune Salary: &#8377;10,000 per monthJob Types: Full-time, Fresher, InternshipPay: &#8377;9,000.00 - &#8377;10,000.00 per month
