 <li>
 Greeting all guests in a friendly, efficient, and timely manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Having a thorough knowledge of all menu and related items to include wine service
 </li>
 <li>
 Having the ability to master and fully utilize the Point of Sale service system
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting all staff members in operation of the dining room
 </li>
 <li>
 Accomplishing other duties as required.

 Must be at least 18 years of age.

 Must be able to work on one's feet for long periods of time

 Serve and dispense alcohol in line with PLCB regulations at both the bar and poolside locations.*
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare cocktails for guests and servers according to standard recipes.*
 </li>
 <li>
 Assess customers&rsquo; needs and preferences and make recommendations.*
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate the point of sale system.*
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain assigned bank, process all payment methods, complete necessary cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, and complete all opening/closing paperwork.*
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform all aspects of opening and closing procedures.*
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure bar par is adequate and that the liquor requisition is according to standard.*
 </li>
 <li>
 Purchase and transport alcohol as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Receive and store beverage products in a proper and orderly manner*
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct monthly inventory*
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that glassware and bar utensils are washed, while adhering to safety standards, and presentable before they are used.*
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a clean and safe working environment.*
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that all side work assigned is accomplished in a clean and orderly manner.*
 </li>

 Qualifications

 Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
 </li>

 Minimum of 2 years of experience tending bar in a restaurant or lounge setting.

 Must pass the accredited alcohol server test (RAMP) within the probation period.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license
