 We are seeking Fleet Planning Managers to join us. This unique opportunity requires both Operational and Commercial prowess. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Vista fleet, increasing its utilization and global efficiency . Your efforts will directly influence pricing strategy and Sales output.
 
 
 
 Your Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Fleet Planning, you will perform an integral role to the success and growth of the VistaJet organization.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create and maintain an optimized and balanced fleet schedule around customer bookings to maximize fleet availability opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work cross functionally with Operational and Commercial Teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with Fleet Pricing Team to identify trends and opportunities, moving aircraft to high demand regions to maximize profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Fleet Sales Team to provide visibility on directional needs and opportunities to maximize sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Suggest ideas to help support the operation and increase the number of aircraft delivered.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide support in balancing/assigning VistaJet trips to other group-owned fleets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Make fleet allocation decisions that increase revenue while de-risking flights to provide more supply to customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Make decisions to optimize flights based upon the schedule when aircraft availability is constrained.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify low utilization flights to move onto our other group-owned fleets, or off fleet to our partner network.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with all Vista entities and manage aircraft holds during peak periods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate allocation of fleet across commercial entities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist building business processes to support use of Fleet Optimization Technology.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work to develop extensions of Fleet Optimization Technology to address large operational and commercial problems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with the Technology team to implement Fleet Optimization Technology across fleets.

 Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 5+ years of Operational or commercial experience, preferably in private aviation.
 </li>
 <li>
 High school diploma or GED. University degree a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative and fast-moving individual.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to collaborate, build and maintain relationships with cross functional departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Trusted, with a strong level of ownership and ability to maintain a high-performance culture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly analytical and detail oriented; able to make data-driven decisions.

Fleet Planning Manager

Your Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Be responsible for the following the business processes of successful and timely collection and allocation of amounts from Vista customers. Tasks to include the daily sending payment requests, analysing balances due, and escalating issues relating to potential bad debts.</li>
<li>Liaising with clients and following up on actions taken.</li>
<li>Responsible for ensuring that all funds are collected, accounts reconciled, and queries resolved for Key High value level client accounts.</li>
<li>Building and maintaining relationships with clients, facilitating greater efficiency in payments and query resolutions.</li>
<li>Continually assess all accounts to minimise client s exposure in terms of debt versus deposit.</li>
<li>Investigate, manage and resolve all disputes quickly and efficiently in-order-to collect funds.</li>
<li>Attending client meetings to discuss any finance questions or queries when necessary.</li>
<li>Ensuring that customers pay amounts owed to the company by the due date using a variety of payment methods.</li>
<li>Agreeing payment and repayment plans with customers that are in default of payment terms initiating legal proceedings if necessary.</li>
<li>Allocating all cash received into the business on-a-daily basis.</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with the company credit policy, business processes and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.</li>
<li>Gathering quantifying data and generate reports to assist in cash collection and identifying problem areas.</li>
<li>Identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement in existing procedures and processes consistent with company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Preparing daily and ad-hoc reporting for management at month end and as requested.</li>
<li>Supporting the Credit Controllers in the global team.</li>
<li>Perform any other tasks reasonably required to be undertaken in accordance with the instructions of the Reporting Manager</li>

Demonstrate intermediate Excel and strong analytical skills, with the ability to provide client focused analysis and commentary.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills including cross functional collaboration.

What you&rsquo;ll do
Vista is looking for a Principal UX Designer located in India to join our Vista Corporate Solutions (VCS) product experience group. This covers a suite of enterprise and consumer-facing solutions that simplify how teams create, manage, and order custom print and digital promotional items.
More specifically, you&rsquo;ll focus on the end-to-end experience for both admins and customers: enabling admins to manage budgets and permissions, and helping customers purchase, track orders, and access real-time support. You&rsquo;ll approach the experience holistically, collaborating across teams to ensure the service is seamless, scalable, and best-in-class.
This role also requires strong UX leadership across product teams and initiatives, influencing priorities within the VCS domain and aligning with cross-functional partners and senior leaders on scalable, system-oriented experiences that support strategic goals. You&rsquo;ll actively mentor junior designers, model high-quality design practices, and help grow the team by providing feedback, supporting onboarding, sharing resources, and contributing to hiring efforts
