 resource needs to be in office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

 Knowledge and familiarity of Jira, as well as team metrics: Flow, WIP, Velocity, throughput, etc.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Tech stack that teams work on that might make sense for a Scrum lead to have some knowledge on. Nice to have
