Sales Consultants work closely with a regional group of New Business Sales people to manage and build their teams book of business while improving their own sales capabilities. This position is a stepping stone to become a Director of Sales and managing your own book of business.</p> <p>Sales Consultants are responsible for developing relationshipswith new customers via research, phone / email outreach, inbound lead generation and network utilization. This position is a stepping stone to become a Director of Sales and managing your own book of business.</p> Your Responsibilities <ul> <li>Manage and grow a database of Prospects withing Vista's CRM system</li> <li>Book 1stMeetings for Program prospects with your Sales Vice President, sell charter flights & XO memberships to new clients.</li> <li>Collaborate with a regional account management team to help grow your regions book of business</li> <li>Preparing tailored email cadences and outreach sequences to drive client / prospect interaction.</li> <li>Handling incoming call and email requests from customers.</li> <li>Conducting research to better improve the CRM database and build richer profiles to understand client's needs.</li> <li>Ensuring the database is accurate and up-to-date at all times - including logging calls, emails and information after sales meetings.</li> <li>Reaching out to previous members and lost sales opportunities to learn more about the accounts and rebuild relationships.</li> <li>Understanding customer trip needs and articulating options that best suit their requirements.</li> <li>Maintain continued customer contact post sale to ensure efficient and effective account management.</li> <li>Providing weekly & monthly KPI reports - including lead source tracking, calls made, emails sent, meetings set, activities accomplished and closed / won deals.</li> </ul> Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience <ul> <li>Fluency in Arabic is essential, both written and verbal</li> <li>Fluency in Turkish is desirable, both written and verbal</li> <li>Previous Sales experience in inbound or outbound selling</li> <li>Strong understanding of CRM (Salesforce & Salesloft) and sales pipeline management</li> <li>Comfortable with presenting and selling to HNWI's and C suite executives.</li> <li>Organized and self motivated</li> <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proactive approach to problem solving.</li> <li>Comfortable with a fast paced sales environment and capable of prioritizing competing needs</li> <li>Previous experience in the aviation industry is not required but desired.</li> </ul>

</div><div>The Senior Legal Counsel IMEA is part of the group&rsquo;s corporate legal team and serves as the senior legal advisor to Vista&rsquo;s business units and senior management in India, UAE and KSA but as well for wider Middle East and Africa region in the aspects of contracting, employment, litigation and regulatory affairs including assisting with company secretary functions. The Compliance Specialist ensures that the organization adheres to internal policies and external regulatory requirements. This role involves monitoring compliance activities, conducting audits, supporting risk assessments, and assisting in the development and implementation of compliance programs. The Compliance Specialist acts as a key resource in promoting a culture of integrity and ethical conduct.</div>
Your Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provide expert legal advice to executive leadership and business units in your region.</li><li>
Contract drafting, review and negotiation</li><li>
Matter management including litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution processes.</li><li>
Advise on employment law matters, internal investigations, and HR policies.</li><li>
Monitor and assess compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.</li><li>
Conduct internal audits and investigations to identify potential compliance risks.</li><li>
Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.</li><li>
Support training programs to educate employees on compliance and ethics.</li><li>
Maintain records of compliance activities and prepare reports for management.</li><li>
Collaborate with legal, risk, and operational teams to address compliance issues.</li><li>

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law.</li><li>
Further qualifications in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.</li><li>
Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, legal (at a firm and inhouse).</li><li>
Strong understanding of and proven practice with regulatory frameworks.</li><li>
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>
Adheres to high ethical standards and attention to detail.</li><li>
Experience with compliance management systems or tools.</li><li>
Knowledge of GDPR, AML, SOX, or other relevant regulations.</li><li>
Certification such as CCEP, CRCM, or similar is a plus.</li><li>
Multinational or cross-border compliance experience.</li><li>
