Pay: $14-15/hr based on experience &amp; skill set 
Schedule: Part time (25 hours per week)

About the Role
As a Physical Therapy Aide at PRN, you'll be an essential part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our patients.
Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>
Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring their comfort and safety.</li><li>
Help create a positive work environment and clinic culture by ensuring patient needs are taken care of during transitional periods of therapy. Help provide customer service, a smile.</li><li>
Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas based on therapist instructions.</li><li>
Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.</li><li>
Assist front office with front office tasks when down time occurs including but not limited to: answering the phone, scanning documents into charts, scheduling patients, taking over the counter payments, filing, faxing, etc.</li><li>
Aid therapists during therapy sessions by providing necessary materials and facilitating exercises.</li><li>
Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment. Daily equipment cleaning, cleaning tables, laundry, stocking supplies.</li></ul>
Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in healthcare is a plus.</li><li>
Prior experience in a healthcare setting or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.</li><li>
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.</li><li>
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.</li><li>
Compassionate and patient-centered approach towards assisting individuals in need.</li></ul>
