Salary &amp; Incentives<ul><li>
Base Salary: $75,000 &ndash; $90,000 annually (DOE)</li><li>
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)</li><li>
Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000</li><li>
Total compensation potential: $120,000+ annually depending on experience and performance</li></ul>

Job Responsibilities<ul><li>
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans</li><li>
Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and evidence-based interventions</li><li>
Educate patients on recovery goals, home programs, and injury prevention</li><li>
Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner using EMR systems</li><li>
Collaborate with physicians, PTs, and other healthcare providers to optimize outcomes</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program</li><li>
Current Texas PT license (or eligibility)</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>
Passion for outpatient orthopedics and sports rehabilitation</li><li>
