We&rsquo;re looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused, and solutions-driven Helpdesk Technician to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be on the front lines of technical support, helping our staff, contractors, and executive leaders stay connected, productive, and secure across a wide range of devices and platforms. Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager, you&rsquo;ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering white-glove support to our internal users. From deploying laptops and maintaining AV equipment to supporting virtual meetings and solving complex hardware or software problems, you&rsquo;ll be the go-to resource for all things IT.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Primary responsibility is technical support and customer service. Be present and visible in the helpdesk and available to customers requiring technical assistance.</div></li><li><div>
Provide in-person, e-mail, phone, chat, remote control and walkup support for Vistage staff &amp; contractors.</div></li><li><div>
Build, deploy, update and maintain computers, mobile devices and AV equipment for Vistage staff &amp; contractors.</div></li><li><div>
Provide technical and AV support for Vistage conferences &amp; virtual meetings.</div></li><li><div>
Provide home-office network, hardware &amp; software support for Executive staff.</div></li><li><div>
Perform Daily Operating Procedure systems checks and tests.</div></li><li><div>
Quickly identify and escalate non-helpdesk issues to appropriate departments.</div></li><li><div>
Manage small to medium IT projects &ndash; software deployments &amp; upgrades, laptop &amp; desktop refreshes, user training, etc.</div></li><li><div>
Follow standard Help Desk operating procedures; accurately log all Help Desk contacts using the helpdesk ticketing system.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain reasonable discipline and decorum in the Help Desk area.</div></li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
QUALIFICATIONS</b></div><ul><li><div>
Must have 3 &ndash; 4 years of technical support experience in an IT Department for a medium-sized business.</div></li><li><div><b>
Software &amp; Operating Systems:</b> Windows10, Windows 11, MAC OSX, Microsoft 365, SalesForce.com, MS Active Directory, ShoreTel Communicator, Zoom video conferencing</div></li><li><div><b>

RESPONSIBILITIES (75% STRATEGIC / 25% FP&amp;A)</b></div><ul><li>
Use your analytical skills to gather, model, package and present data to help the business make data informed decisions and grow intelligently</li><li>
Perform ad hoc analyses and communicate insights to functional business leaders to action</li><li>
Prepare monthly financial &amp; operating metrics reports for executive team, private equity investors and board members</li><li>
Participate in due diligence, financial analysis and financing of acquisition targets</li><li>
Identify, investigate, and communicate risks and opportunities impacting the business</li><li>
Own the financial management over a number of Vistage&rsquo;s revenue and/or cost categories</li><li>
Help improve forecasting accuracy and run variance analysis for actuals vs. budget &amp; forecast</li><li>
Utilize the company&rsquo;s planning software, and 25+ data sources to query &amp; analyze data</li><li>
Be a key partner and counsel to executives on all FP&amp;A matters relating to their function</li><li>
Leverage technology to provide data analytics services to provide timely, accurate, and actionable data to help drive insights, solve business problems, drive value, and gain strategy</li><li>
Quickly spot errors and discrepancies, in the fine details and big picture</li><li>
Dive deep into numbers and use quantitative analysis to draw conclusions</li><li>
Be comfortable in ambiguity, keep your cool while managing multiple projects simultaneously and staying on top of your to-do list</li><li>
Use LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to compress diligence timelines, accelerate scenario modelling, and generate executive-ready narratives from raw financial data</li><li>
Establish lightweight governance standards for AI-assisted finance outputs, including documentation, validation tie-outs, and repeatability so AI-generated work meets gold standard for executive and board consumption</li><li>
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to expand AI-driven decision support beyond finance, serving as an internal leader on where AI creates the most leverage</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
QUALIFICATIONS</b></div><ul><li>
1-3 years of investment banking, strategy consulting, corporate FP&amp;A, or related experience</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance or quantitative field (Math, Physics, Computer Science, Stats)</li><li>
Deep expertise in building financial models, integrated financial statements, and valuation</li><li>
Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem solving skills</li><li>
Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail</li><li>
Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI tools applied to real financial workflows &ndash; not just familiarity, but evidence of productivity gains or process improvements</li><li>
Experience in BI tools in a data rich environment (BI360, Tableau, SQL, Power BI) is a plus</li><li>
Intellectual curiosity about how AI is reshaping finance &ndash; you follow developments in the space, form opinions on what works, and are eager to bring new tools to the team before asked</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
