Vistra Communications, an award-winning integrated marketing, communications and consulting agency, is seeking an experienced Manager of Creative Services. Reporting to the Director of Creative Services, this Manager is a hands-on creative and operational leader responsible for managing day-to-day creative execution while actively contributing to production. This role ensures creative projects move efficiently from concept through delivery, maintains quality and consistency and provides stability across accounts. The Manager balances workflow management with direct creative contribution and supports proposal and presentation efforts.
This position is based in Lutz, FL and requires working onsite at Vistra HQ a minimum of four days per week, with one optional remote day.
 Creative Execution and Production<ul><li>
Actively produces creative work across design and production needs</li><li>
Leads concept development, revisions and final deliverables</li><li>
Supports video, design and integrated campaign execution as workload requires</li><li>
Partners with client and internal leadership to align creative direction with business goals and campaign objectives</li><li>
Presents creative rationale, strategic recommendations and innovative ideas to clients and agency leadership</li><li>
Collaborates closely with account management, strategy, communications, media and production teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns</li><li>
Serves as a creative voice in key client meetings, new business pitches and strategic planning sessions</li><li>
Oversees creative resourcing, workflows, timelines and quality standards to ensure timely and effective delivery without compromising innovation</li><li>
Works closely with the Director of Creative Services to execute creative vision</li><li>
Provides clear communication and support to creative and account teams</li><li>
Contributes to continuous improvement of creative processes and workflows</li></ul>
Creative Operations and Workflow<ul><li>
Manages daily creative workflow, priorities and timelines across accounts</li><li>
Translates scopes and client needs into clear creative tasks and deliverables</li><li>
Partners closely with account teams to ensure alignment and clear direction</li><li>
Tracks progress and proactively address bottlenecks or resource constraints</li><li>
Coordinate internal creative resources and external vendors</li><li>
Manage vendor relationships, timelines and deliverables</li></ul>
Proposal and Presentation Support<ul><li>
Collaborate with the proposal team to provide creative direction for proposals and presentations</li><li>
Translate proposal strategy into clear visual and creative concepts</li><li>
Support development of layouts, graphics, infographics and presentation materials</li><li>
Ensure proposals and presentations are visually compelling, on brand and aligned with messaging</li><li>
Assists in managing timelines and deliverables for creative components of proposals</li></ul>
Requirements:

Education 
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in design, advertising, marketing, creative direction or a related field required
Experience<ul><li>
Minimum of 7 years of creative and leadership experience, preferably in an agency environment</li><li>
Proven experience leading creative teams and developing strategically driven campaigns across multiple channels</li><li>
Demonstrated success creating work for corporate, nonprofit and government clients</li><li>
Experience developing creative across integrated formats including digital, social, video and experiential</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities<ul><li>
Strong creative leadership with the ability to inspire and elevate creative excellence</li><li>
Deep understanding of brand systems, visual identity and campaign development</li><li>
Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills</li><li>
Skilled at giving and receiving feedback that drives continuous improvement</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment</li></ul>

The role requires frequent use of hands to operate office equipment such as a keyboard and mouse.</li><li>
