We are seeking an experienced Diesel Engine Mechanic to inspect, maintain, and repair diesel-powered machinery used at construction sites. The candidate should ensure optimal performance of engines and equipment with minimal downtime and follow safety standards strictly.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel engines used in:</li><li>Excavators</li><li>Loaders</li><li>Tippers</li><li>DG sets</li><li>Compressors</li><li>Construction machinery</li><li>Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance</li><li>Identify mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues</li><li>Overhaul engines, replace defective parts, and conduct performance testing</li><li>Maintain service and repair records</li><li>Ensure machinery is operational as per site schedule</li><li>Assist in breakdown repairs during emergency situations</li><li>Follow safety rules and site safety protocols</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers and store team for spare parts</li><li>Maintain tools and equipment in good condition</li><li>Perform minor and major repairs</li><li>Conduct regular preventative maintenance on including inspection and oil changes</li><li>Maintain parts inventory and cleanliness in workstation</li><li>Collaborate with repair team to diagnose problems with Machine and plan repairs</li><li>Perform regular diagnostic tests on Hoist Engine, Hopper Engine, Earth Ramer,Vibrator,needle and Hoist Fixing.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on Machine</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>ITI / Diploma in Diesel Mechanic or equivalent</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years experience in construction equipment maintenance</li><li>Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics &amp; electrical systems</li><li>Ability to read service manuals and technical drawings</li><li>Physically fit and able to work at construction sites</li><li>Willing to work extended hours if required</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
