About the Role:We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Marketing Executive who will represent us in client meetings, promote our services, and help expand our business reach.If you enjoy meeting new people, convincing clients, and achieving targets &mdash; this job is for you!This is contract based role.Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in field marketing or B2B sales</li><li>Strong communication &amp; presentation skills</li><li>Confident, smart, and target-driven personality</li><li>2 wheeler preferred</li></ul>Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management &amp; Conversion&middot; Handle inbound and outbound calls from social media leads, SEO inquiries,and PPC campaigns&middot; Follow up on email inquiries and convert them into qualified leads&middot; Make cold calls to potential healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, surgeons)2. Customer Engagement&middot; Build good relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers&middot; Understand client needs and present appropriate digital marketing solutions&middot; Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects&middot; Provide information about our healthcare marketing services3. Target Achievement&middot; Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets&middot; Achieve lead conversion goals as set by management&middot; Generate qualified appointments for the sales team&middot; Maintain minimum talk time requirements (2+ hours daily)4. Documentation &amp; Reporting&middot; Update CRM with accurate call details and customer feedback&middot; Prepare daily/weekly activity reports&middot; Track and report on lead sources and conversion rates&middot; Maintain organized follow-up schedulesRequired Skills &amp;Knowledge1. Communication Skills &amp; Interpersonal Skills&middot; Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali&middot; Should have good Analysis &amp; listening abilities to understand client needs&middot; Professional telephone etiquette and voice modulation&middot; Persuasive communication without being pushy&middot; Clear articulation and confident speaking style2. Technical Competencies&middot; CRM software proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)&middot; Digital marketing awareness (SEO, PPC, social media basics)&middot; MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)&middot; Email management and professional correspondence&middot; AI Savvy: Good knowledge of using AI tools3. Healthcare Industry Knowledge&middot; Understandingof hospital operations and decision-making processes&middot; Knowledge of medical specialties and healthcare services&middot; Awareness of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance&middot; Familiarity with medical practice management.4.
