<div>The primary function of the Revenue Cycle System Administrator is to oversee and monitor the continued development of revenue cycle systems to ensure the successful delivery and effectiveness of the support provided to franchise partners across the Vital Care network.</div>
<div></div><div><b><i>Duties/Responsibilities:</i></b></div>
<div><ul><li>Assist with maintenance of revenue cycle-related functionality within CareTend and Waystar.</li>
<li>Manage RCM-related Help Desk tickets.</li>
<li>Develop controls and manage access to payer web portals.</li>
<li>Oversee payer enrollments for ACH payments and electronic remit feeds.</li>
<li>Oversee payer enrollments within Waystar.</li>
<li>Specify users and user access levels for Waystar.</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as assigned.

<div><ul><li>Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.</li>

<li>Must be able to communicate issues and offer suggestions to management for process improvement.</li>

<div></div><div><b><i>Education and Experience:</i></b></div>
<div><ul><li>Associate degree Preferred.</li>
<li>CareTend, CPR+, or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>Previous experience in the home infusion industry required.</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><div><b><i>Physical Requirements:</i></b></div>
<div><ul><li>Sitting: Prolonged periods of sitting are typical, often for the majority of the workday.</li>
<li>Keyboarding: Frequent use of a keyboard for typing and data entry.</li>
<li>Reaching: Occasionally reaching for items such as files, documents, or office supplies.</li>
<li>Fine Motor Skills: Precise movements of the fingers and hands for tasks like typing, using a mouse, and handling paperwork</li>
<li>Visual Acuity: Good vision for reading documents, computer screens, and other detailed work.</li>
