<div>The Regional Business Coach &ldquo;(RBC)&rdquo; exercises strategic leadership, operational oversight, and business coaching and development to franchise locations in their assigned regional areas. This role ensures the guidance of Franchise locations to deliver and maintain high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and financial performance across pharmacy, nursing, logistics, and customer service teams.</div>

<div></div><div><div><b>What your day-to-day will be like:</b></div>
<ul><li>Lead strategic initiatives that strengthen brand integrity, optimize owner returns, and support Vital Care&rsquo;s long-term vision for the region.</li>
<li>Drive execution of initiatives by managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and go to market processes across channels.</li>
<li>Localize brand programs for the market, ensuring brand standards, and swim lane clarity are upheld for both managed and franchised locations.</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver project status updates, performance reviews, and business insights to senior leaders and cross functional teams.</li>
<li>Become the first line call resolution for our Franchise owners on daily operating and growth questions regarding the standard operating procedures.</li>
</ul><div><b>How you will collaborate with others:</b></div>
<ul><li>Partner with Franchise Owners, its local leadership and cross functional partners to identify performance improvement opportunities and implement approved recommendations.</li>
<li>Work with internal partners across enterprise teams&mdash;including Compliance, Onboarding, Revenue Cycle and Payer&mdash;to support organizational objectives and ensure full alignment on key initiatives.</li>
<li>Engage in regular leadership meetings, business reviews, and regional planning sessions to drive operational effectiveness and strategic clarity.</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b><i>Required Skills/Abilities:</i></b></div>
<div></div><div><div>Up to 50% travel within the assigned region, including franchise visits, meetings, and ongoing support of Franchise locations.</div>
<ul><li>Expertise in building data-driven insights and executive level presentations using Excel and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Direct experience in home infusion, specialty pharmacy, home health, or closely related healthcare industry strongly preferred (but not required).</li>
<li>Proven success coaching or leading business owners, teams, direct reports, operators, or senior leaders.</li>
<li>Strong financial acumen, including P&amp;L management and data-driven decision making.</li>
<li>Business Coaching &amp; Influence: Ability to guide, challenge, and influence without direct authority.</li>
<li>Executive Presence: Comfortable engaging with Franchise Owners as peers and trusted advisors.</li>

<div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred) or Five (5) years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, business leadership, and change management in a multi-site support environment.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of infusion therapies, regulatory compliance, and payer systems.</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive growth.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li>

<div></div><div><div><div>The Regional Pharmacy Operations Compliance Technician provides ongoing operational, procedural and sterile compounding support (education, training, competencies and best practices in the Vital Care Way) to the Franchise pharmacies. This role is responsible for completing ongoing, onsite surveillance and monitoring of Franchise pharmacies within the company, including pharmacy operations, nursing (if applicable), administrative/clerical, and sales in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures. The Regional Pharmacy Operations Compliance Technicians collect and report on the Franchise pharmacy through a Franchise checklist, Accreditation readiness tools, Quality Site Assessment, and other Franchisor metric tools and report to the Regional Director of Pharmacy Operations for further follow-up. Maintains communications with Vital Care Infusion corporate offices on infusion and specialty business.</div>
<div></div>The Regional Pharmacy Operations Compliance Technicians provide feedback on policy, process, and techniques to franchise pharmacies to reinforce compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as Vital Care policies and procedures. The Regional Pharmacy Operations Compliance Technicians reviews and recommends improvements in the activities of all franchise pharmacy personnel, as well as quality control, creation, completion and updating of performance improvement procedures, monitoring, tracking, and trending of outcomes, and education of support staff under the supervision of the Regional Director of Pharmacy Operations.</div><br>

<div></div><div><div><b>Operational and Performance Improvement Related:</b></div>
<ul><li>Performance of pharmacy operations assessment activities assessing compliance with regulatory, accreditation and ethical standards and assuring activities are in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Review of pharmacy Performance Improvement and outcomes reporting and collection and monitoring, tracking and trending of results for continuous performance improvement.</li>
<li>Demonstrates sound operational knowledge, leadership, and stewardship attributing to the provision of support to the Franchise pharmacies driving key objectives and results.</li>
<li>Uses available resources to gather information on the appropriateness of activities related to medication dispensing, compounding of sterile preparations, equipment use, and patient management/monitoring in the home and alternate site of care.</li>
<li>Demonstrates understanding of USP 797/800 standards, accreditation standards, and current State Board of Pharmacy (BOP) regulations.</li>
<li>Observes, monitors, and assesses compliance with accreditation standards and performs Quality Site Assessments at franchise locations.</li>
<li>Acts as a resource to support franchise owners and staff, driving high-quality patient care and efficient operations at franchise locations.</li>
<li>Stays knowledgeable of current industry practices and incorporates them into the support provided throughout the organization.</li>
<li>Assists with employee orientation and preceptor responsibilities as needed.
</li><li>Completes assignments as directed in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Reporting to the Regional Director of Pharmacy Operations, maintains effective communication, receives direction, and remains organized in completing reports, checklists and tools to ensure accurate details are clear to those intended.</li>
<li>Mentor team members including pharmacy technicians to promote competency, leadership, and growth and development.</li>
</ul></div></div><div><b>Non-Clinical Services Related:</b></div>
<ul><li>Inspects and reports back on the physical maintenance and organization of the facility.</li>
<li>Operates effectively as a liaison between the Franchise ownership and the Vital Care corporate team.</li>
<li>Evaluates and collects information on key performance indicators and provides guidance and recommendations to the corporate teams and franchise pharmacies to support effective and efficient operations.</li>
<li>Collects data through onsite and remote observations and assessments and incorporates the collected data and KPIs into the defined data collection tools timely and accurately as outlined by the Vital Care Infusion Services leadership.</li>
<li>Recommends and monitors the monthly activities and identifies opportunities for improvement while partnering with the franchise pharmacy team members in developing and executing functional and lasting plans of corrective actions.</li>
<li>Orients and competencies employees who staff franchise pharmacy departments.</li>
<li>Operates as a resource for individual departments and Franchise employees in resolving questions, challenges, and activities to drive compliance and reduce risks to patients, team members, and the organization.</li>
<li>Upholds local, state, and federal regulations on the provision of health care by professionals.</li>
<li>Acts to implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and protocols in providing services to consumers.</li>
<li>Is responsible for the performance improvement process, develops plans, assesses, improves, and maintains the quality of the company&rsquo;s management, operational, and other important internal processes and activities; assigns staff to performance improvement activities.</li></ul><br>
<div></div><div><b><i>Required Skills/Abilities:</i></b></div>
<div><div>The position requires up to 80% travel.</div>
<ul><li>Excellent interactive and collaboration skills with employees, clinicians, referral sources, and consumers.</li>

<div><ul><li>Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) required with Certified in Compounded Sterile Preparations preferred (CSPT).</li>
<li>Licensed/registered as required by the state Board of Pharmacy in state of residence.</li>
<li>Business and financial understanding of operating a profitable business.</li>
<li>Previous lead technician or supervisory experience.</li>
<li>Three years&rsquo; experience as a pharmacy technician with sterile compounding of medications, preferred in the home infusion space.</li>
<li>Experience with management of pharmacy support personnel preferred.</li>
