Schedule: As needed. Weekdays 7:45am- 4:30pm. Must be flexible and able to pick-up last-minute shifts. 
Job Type: Per Diem (with future potential to transition into Full-Time). 
Pay Range: $35/hr. 
Employer: A New Jersey physician-owned professional corporation (the &ldquo;PC&rdquo;). 
Administrative Agent: VitalCheck Wellness Inc. (non-clinical support only).
Full Description: 
VitalCheck Wellness, as administrative agent for the PC, is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse with Phlebotomy experience to work PRN in an established corporate wellness clinic in Princeton, NJ. 
The employer will be a New Jersey professional corporation owned and directed by a licensed physician. The clinic will be located onsite at the offices of a major financial institution.
Responsibilities: 
<ul><li>Initial point of contact for patients.</li><li>
Discuss and consult health history, diagnosis, and needs with patients. 
</li><li>
Follow-up care coordination and scheduling appointments/referrals.</li><li>
Educate patient on necessary steps for follow up care.</li><li>
Referral management including calling insurance companies to confirm coverage.</li><li>
Input and upload results data into the computer.</li><li>
Provide excellent customer service.</li><li>
Maintain a professional appearance.</li><li>
Collect vital signs.</li><li>
Perform/collect specimens accurately (phlebotomy, urine, etc.).</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Clean active license/certification for state of New Jersey. 
</li><li>
Active BLS/ ACLS certification required.</li><li>
Experience working in clinical setting or hospitality background.</li><li>
Understanding of medical terminology.</li><li>
Experience as a medical receptionist or medical assistant with call and scheduling experience.</li><li>
Phlebotomy experience.</li><li>
Customer service-oriented, able to work independently, have great 'bedside' manner.</li><li>
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.</li><li>
Proficient with computers and documenting in EMR systems.</li><li>
Ability to adapt to change.</li><li>
Must be able to reliably commute to Princeton, NJ.</li></ul>
