 The Opportunity
 
 
 
 The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting full-cycle recruitment activities across assigned roles and departments. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, candidate experience, onboarding support, and recruitment operations.
 
 
 This position is hands-on and execution-focused, working closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure timely, compliant, and effective hiring processes while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
 
 
 
 Essential Functions
 
 
 
 Talent Acquisition &amp; Recruitment Operations
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner with hiring managers to develop accurate and compelling job descriptions aligned with role requirements and organizational needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding handoff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and recommend innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct resume reviews and initial phone screens to assess qualifications and job fit.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support interview logistics to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate reference checks and share relevant findings with hiring managers.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Candidate Experience &amp; Communication
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain consistent communication with candidates regarding status updates, next steps, and disposition outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Address candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Onboarding &amp; New Hire Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate onboarding activities in collaboration with HR operations and hiring managers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure completion of new hire paperwork and compliance documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support onboarding process flow to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct or support new hire orientation sessions and assist with employee onboarding experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Recruitment Metrics &amp; Systems
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with ATS optimization and ensure data integrity throughout recruitment processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and pipeline activity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate flow.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Employer Branding &amp; Recruitment Support Activities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support recruitment events such as job fairs, career days, and community hiring initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote Vitra Health's employer value proposition throughout the recruitment process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate benefits, culture, and organizational values to attract top talent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to initiatives that enhance the organization's visibility as an employer of choice.

 Compliance &amp; HR Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling candidate and employee data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment best practices, and talent acquisition processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an HR team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment compliance requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and candidate service orientation.
