Position Title: Executive Assistant to Doctor Company: Molecilar Diagnostics &amp; Therapy LLP Department: Medical Administration / Clinic Operations Reports To: Senior Consultant / Medical Director Locations: Sanjay Nagar, Ghaziabad Mobile No.: 9319081148Job Summary The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Doctor provides high-level administrative, operational, and scheduling support to ensure smooth functioning of the doctor&rsquo;s clinical, academic, and administrative responsibilities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities1. Administrative &amp; Secretarial Support<ul><li>Manage the doctor&rsquo;s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.</li><li>Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and communication on behalf of the doctor.</li><li>Prepare medical documents, reports, presentations, and meeting notes.</li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and files.</li></ul>2. Patient Coordination<ul><li>Schedule patient consultations, follow-ups, and procedures.</li><li>Guide patients regarding clinic processes, documentation, and required tests.</li><li>Coordinate between the doctor and patients to ensure a smooth experience.</li><li>Manage patient queries with empathy and professionalism.</li></ul>3. Operational Support<ul><li>Coordinate with hospital departments, diagnostic centers, or other doctors as required.</li><li>Assist in managing OPD flow and prioritizing patient cases as directed.</li><li>Ensure availability of necessary documents, prescriptions, and medical resources.</li></ul>4. Communication &amp; Liaison<ul><li>Act as the doctor&rsquo;s point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate with pharmaceutical representatives, vendors, and hospital administration.</li><li>Manage professional commitments such as conferences, seminars, and academic events.</li></ul>5.
