POSITION SUMMARY</b><br>
VIVA Railings is hiring a Graphic Designer to support our marketing and sales teams by creating clear, professional visual materials that represent our brand and products.This role works closely with the Marketing Manager and supports daily creative needs across marketing campaigns, proposals, website content, and social media. The position is a hands-on production role focused heavily on Adobe Creative Suite, especially In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom.The Graphic Designer will also work with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Social Media, Video, and 3D artists to produce materials that help communicate VIVA Railings&rsquo; products and projects.<br>
</p><div><b>ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITYS</b><br>
<b>Marketing &amp; Brand Materials</b><br>
Support the development of marketing materials used across the company.<br>
<ul><li>Design brochures, product sheets, catalogs, case studies, and marketing collateral</li><li>Create graphics used in company presentations, proposals, and internal communications</li><li>Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials</li><li>Assist with layout and formatting of marketing documents and templates</li></ul></div><div><b><br>
Sales &amp; Proposal Support</b><br>
Provide visual support for business development and proposal work.<br>
<ul><li>Design layouts and graphics used in proposals and sales presentations</li><li>Create diagrams, icons, and visuals that help explain VIVA Railings products and systems</li><li>Support the sales team with presentation materials for architects, general contractors, and clients</li><li>Prepare clean, professional layouts that support project storytelling</li></ul><b>
Website &amp; Digital Marketing Graphics</b><br>
Support the company&rsquo;s online presence and marketing campaigns.<br>
<ul><li>Design graphics for the company website including banners, product visuals, and feature graphics</li><li>Create graphics for social media and marketing campaigns (primarily LinkedIn)</li><li>Prepare assets for email campaigns and digital communications</li><li>Optimize images and graphics for web performance and display</li></ul></div><div><b><br>
Photography &amp; Asset Management</b><br>
Help maintain visual resources used across marketing.<br>
<ul><li>Edit project photography and marketing images using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom</li><li>Manage photo libraries including color correction, cropping, and batch edits</li><li>Organize digital assets such as photos, icons, templates, and brand graphics</li><li>Prepare images and graphics for both print and web use</li></ul></div><div><b><br>
Cross-Team Collaboration</b><br>
Work with internal teams to support marketing initiatives.<br>
<ul><li>Partner with the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns and design priorities</li><li>Support the Marketing Assistant with template-based work and asset preparation</li><li>Coordinate with the Video Team on graphics such as thumbnails, title cards, and overlays</li><li>Work with the Social Media team on campaign graphics and platform-ready content</li><li>Collaborate with the 3D Artists team to incorporate renderings into marketing materials and layouts</li></ul></div><div><b><br>
Design Workflow &amp; AI Tools</b><br>
Support efficient design workflows across the marketing team.<br>
<ul><li>Use AI tools where appropriate to help with layout variations, image cleanup, resizing, and production workflows</li><li>Maintain accuracy and brand standards when using AI-assisted tools</li><li>Help develop repeatable templates, export presets, and organized design systems to improve efficiency</li></ul><br>
</div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred</li><li>2+ years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency)</li><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom)</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and production-ready design work</li><li>Experience creating both print and digital marketing materials</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong attention to detail, including file organization and version control</li><li>Clear communication and collaboration skills</li></ul></div>
