 We are seeking a
 
 Behavioral Therapist
 
 to join our team! In this role, you will help patients identify and overcome negative behaviors. As a behavior therapist, you'll work with children and adults who live with developmental disabilities and disorders.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Help patients understand their behaviors
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop strategies to help patients improve their behaviors
 </li>
 <li>
 Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform regular wellness checks
 </li>
 <li>
 Teach parents how to develop healthy coping mechanisms
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to all company and licensing standards
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High School Diploma
 </li>
 <li>
 CPR Certification or willingness to obtain one
 </li>
 <li>
 RBT certified or willing to obtain one
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development
 </li>
 <li>
 Clean Record
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably with a bachelor but not necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Drivers License
 </li>
 <li>
 Car Insurance
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Location:
 
 
 
 
 The position requires that the candidates selected for this role transport themselves directly to clients' households and work one-on-one with the clients.
